What is Permanent Jewelry?

A delightful, bespoke bracelet or anklet that is welded around your wrist or ankle and requires no maintenance. These delicate creations are the perfect classic adornment, customized for you, for life’s celebrations or special moments. 

What does "permanent jewelry" mean?

Lisa’s Creations, our custom jeweler, will weld your choice of chain around your or ankle, foregoing the need for a clasp. Because it is welded on, it is “permanent” (until you decide to remove it). Welding is painless and happens with a flash of light. 

How long will my bracelet last?

Weeks, months, years; dependent on the chain you choose and your lifestyle, job, and other external factors. If your jewelry breaks or stretches or needs to be removed, we will do our best to repair it. If it is beyond repair, you will need to purchase a new one.

What do I do if my Permanent Jewelry breaks or stretches?

If it breaks within the first two weeks we will repair it for free. We offer delicate chains for comfort and safety, so it may break or stretch if your jewelry catches on something.  Save the pieces and schedule an appointment for us to re-weld it. After two weeks, we charge a $15 re-weld fee. If jewelry is beyond repair you need to purchase a new one.

What if I need to take my Permanent Jewelry off?

We like to think of them as permanent, but they may be safely removed by cutting with kitchen scissors. Save the pieces and make an appointment for us to re-weld your jewelry. We charge a $15 re-welding fee.

What permanent jewelry options do you have? 

We have a variety of chains available in 14k gold filled and 14k gold. Bracelets, anklets and necklaces vary in price depending on the chain, and are charged by the inch. For a 7 inch bracelet, gold-filled options start at $79 and 14kt pure gold at $150. A variety of chains, priced by the inch, will be available at the time of your appointment.

How do I get a permanent bracelet or anklet?

Call or stop by Piece Unique in downtown Boise and schedule your appointment. Appointments may be scheduled for one or two people at a time, so bring a friend! 

Can I wear my Permanent Jewelry through airport security?

Yes! The TSA does not require you to remove fine jewelry.
